That’s why we’re working with Project Healthy Children, who arrange the distribution of remotely-monitored machines that precisely add critical nutrients to flour as it is milled. Because the cost of the nutrients is offset by bulk-purchasing the miller’s flour-bags, millers are incentivised to sell their nutritionally fortified flour, and families can afford to purchase the healthier product. Lives are saved and children can grow up healthy and strong.
